| You can find more information about the various applications in the application vault at the developer's website for that particular product. Most times, you should be able to search for these websites through a search engine such as Google or Yahoo as most of these are popular web-based programs. For example, if you need to find out more information on OS Commerce and you performed a search for "OS Commerce" at Google, their website would be the first to be presented in the results.
Since we did not write these applications, it is impossible for us to provide support for each of these programs. We will, however, provide support should you have trouble installing them via the control panel-based installer. IF you require advanced support for these applications, please contact the developer for the particular application you seek help with or create a support ticket and we will be glad to help. Keep in mind, if our help extends past 15 minutes, the incident will be considered a billable item and subject to our standard rates of $75 per hour.
