In order to cancel your account, you must follow these instructions:

1.  Login to your Customer Portal
2. Click on "My Services"
3. Click on the package you want to cancel by clicking on the GREEN arrow to the right of the package name
4. Click on the "request Cancelation" button on bottom of page and follow the instructions
